Dilara and Neil met at Goldsmiths University in 2011 when Dilara was an 18 year old degree student and Neil was a mature PhD student. They first collaborated in 2014 but formed ESF in 2018. Since then they have played their first summer festival and had generous airplay from BBC 6 Music, Amazing Radio, Exile FM, Conquest Radio, Radio Dacorum & others. They gig regularly and plan to tour in 2020.
